When you submit a project inquiry, Abdul Rehman Consulting stores the details you provide so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

Information collected

Your name, email address, optional company, optional timeline, engagement preference, project description, and the time of submission.

Why it is used

The information is used only to evaluate and respond to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not create an account.

Form cookies

The form uses cookies for submission security and the one-time confirmation shown after an inquiry is saved.

Spam protection

Cloudflare helps protect the website and enquiry form from automated abuse. Its Turnstile security check processes browser and connection information to verify submissions. Your enquiry text and contact fields are not sent to Turnstile. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Submission attempts are temporarily limited by network address.

Video walkthrough

The enquiry walkthrough is a video using fictional examples. The public page does not generate AI responses, collect draft edits, or submit information to an AI provider. When a YouTube video is available, its player loads only after you choose to play it. YouTube then receives playback and connection information according to its privacy policy. Responding to your inquiry

The site owner reviews requests in a private workspace. Follow-up status, internal notes, and copies of outgoing replies may be stored with your inquiry. Email replies are sent through the owner's Microsoft mailbox, which processes the recipient address and message content. When you respond to one of these emails, the owner may save a text copy with the related inquiry to keep the consulting conversation together. Attachments remain in the mailbox.

Storage and retention

To help prepare a response, the owner may share selected enquiry text with Anthropic's AI service. The owner reviews that text before sharing and reviews any generated draft before sending. Contact fields and internal notes are not automatically included, but information you put in your project description may be part of the selected text. Please leave confidential information out of the inquiry form.

Inquiries are stored in the website's private application database. They should be removed when they are no longer needed for the consulting conversation or related business records.
