From brief to handover.

Start at the stage your project needs. A focused review can stand alone; implementation and ongoing support are agreed separately.

    Discover & assess

    Share your goal, current systems, and constraints. We clarify the problem and what a useful outcome would look like. Where a decision needs investigation, we agree a focused assessment before starting that paid review.

    Outcome: A clear problem statement and next step, supported by assessment findings when a review is commissioned.

    Scope & agree

    Define the deliverables, boundaries, required access, milestones, acceptance checks, estimated hours, and fees. Review assumptions and responsibilities so both sides know what is included.

    Outcome: An agreed scope and commercial terms before paid work begins.

  3. 03

    Build & review

    Implement the agreed work in increments and review progress together. Test against the agreed acceptance checks. When new information changes the requirements, agree the impact on scope, timing, and fees before adding work.

    Outcome: Working software or the agreed technical deliverables, reviewed against your requirements.

  4. 04

    Handover & support

    Review the completed work, documentation, and operating guidance with the people who will use or maintain it. Identify remaining decisions and agree any further work. Ongoing engineering support is optional and scoped separately.

    Outcome: A practical handover and a clear plan for ownership and next steps.

We agree the review boundaries, required access, deliverables, schedule, and fee before paid work begins. Share a brief outline first; detailed access is arranged only when needed for the agreed review.

A review you can act on

The handover includes a discussion of the findings and recommended next step. You can take the brief to your existing team or discuss a separate implementation engagement.

Clear limits

Implementation, penetration testing, compliance certification, and a full codebase audit are separate scopes. An assessment does not promise that every issue in a system will be found.

Consulting and engineering start at this rate. Your proposal sets the scope, estimated hours, schedule, and fee before paid work begins.

Choose the right commitment

A focused assessment is quoted for the agreed review. Delivery projects can be scoped separately, and ongoing support is quoted for the capacity and availability you need.

Understand the full estimate

Service pages include example hour and price ranges for a focused first engagement. These are planning estimates, not fixed quotes. Hosting, AI/API usage, third-party licences, and any applicable taxes are additional.

Agree changes before adding work

If requirements change, we review the effect on deliverables, timing, and fees together before extending the scope.
